A comprehensive pelvic care tool for female cancer survivors.
Its four, tapered vaginal trainers feature a rigid core and a soft, body-safe silicone covering. The trainers interface seamlessly and securely with a lightweight, ergonomic handle that delivers three levels of vibration via its internal motor.
How it Works
Getting started with Cervu’s system is simple and easy. Once you’re medically cleared by your healthcare team for sexual activity and vaginal insertion, you’re just a few simple steps away from your first Cervu session:
-
When in doubt, choose a trainer size that looks smaller than you think you need. You can always progress to the next size up if your first attempt feels easy!
-
Use Cervu for 10–15 minutes to gently stretch and massage vaginal tissues. Choose from three vibration levels to relax muscles, simulate blood flow, and reduce discomfort.
-
We recommend starting with 3 Cervu sessions per week and gradually increasing frequency as you’re able.
With time and patience, you’ll start seeing progress during your sessions and your daily life!

Different by Design
-
User comfort is front and center in the Cervu system. From an ergonomic handle with multiple grip positions to a lightweight design that won’t fatigue your hands, we’ve considered every detail.
-
The Cervu trainers are labeled with raised markings to help you assess insertion depth and determine when you’re ready to progress to the next size.
-
For survivors with internal scarring and post-treatment tissue changes, silicone-only trainers simply aren’t sturdy enough…but hard plastic tools are uncomfortable and intimidating.
Our trainer tips strike a balance between softness and stability, offering you the best of both worlds.
4 Tools in One
Our product allows survivors to care for their pelvic floor quickly and efficiently. We’re reducing barriers to care by making the Cervu system affordable and easy to use from the comfort of home.
Vaginal Stretch Training
The tapered, progressive trainers in the Cervu system are designed to help you ease into at-home self-stretch.
Muscle Release
The gentle curve of each trainer helps you find and release tender points and knots in hard-to-reach parts of the pelvic floor.
Intravaginal Vibration
Vibration reduces discomfort, increases blood flow to tissues, and promotes muscle relaxation.
Internal Massage
The ergonomic design of the Cervu tool lets you use it like a massage tool to stretch tight muscles and connective tissue.
FAQs
-
Since our founders first conceived of the idea for the Cervu tool, the team has been researching the unique needs of female cancer survivors. We understand that cancer and cancer treatment change the nature of the pelvic tissues.
Our tool is firm enough to stand up to stiffened pelvic tissues and soft enough to be gentle on sensitive areas. The tapered tips allow survivors to progress their vaginal training gradually and safely. The system’s ergonomic handle is built to be easy to hold even with limited grip strength.
-
Through interviews with dozens of pelvic physical therapists and cancer survivors, the Cervu team learned that vibration is a popular and helpful tool for many with sensitive, tightened pelvic tissues.
By stimulating blood flow to these tissues and activating small pain-killing nerve fibers within them, vibration can make vaginal training more comfortable and less intimidating.
